beds in each and share a third bathroom with bath and shower facilities.
The fully equipped Kitchen is fitted with a superb upgraded fridge/freezer, good standard cooker, microwave and dishwasher. It has a good sized practical breakfast bar with informal Dining area adjacent. The telephone is situated in the kitchen with all local calls free.
The Laundry room leads
from the kitchen and has an upgraded easy-to-use washer and dryer. The Double
Garage leads off the laundry room.
A cosy welcoming Family
room with cable TV, DVD and CD player has an extra sofa bed to sleep an additional 2 persons is
available if required. The Family room leads to an impressive fully screened

From the pool area there is a very large garden with palm trees and Orange Trees making it ideal for children to play ball or racquet games.

All aspects of the
South West facing pool
and spa have been upgraded from the normal facilities. The 28 *
14 ft pool with adjacent full size touch control spa has underwater lighting and optional
heating. The pool deck area has also been extended for more space and is fully
screened.
A covered patio area with upgraded food preparation area is ideal for barbeques or just being in the shade. A varies selection of upgraded patio furniture is provided.
