This Villa
is two storey and has 4 Double Bedrooms, one impressive Master Bedroom with
walk-in wardrobe and en-suite, overlooking the pool and patio area, with two
further bedrooms on the First Floor both having twin beds, one bedroom having a
Scooby Doo theme throughout.
The Fourth double bedroom is on the ground floor with a queen size double bed. There are two further bathrooms, one on the First floor and one next to the Fourth bedroom on the ground floor, both having bath and shower facilities.
As soon as
you walk through the Front Door you are greeted by an impressive lounge and
Dining Room with comfortable stylish Lounge seats and formal dining room table
and chairs. This is overlooked by a large staircase and gallery landing.
From the lounge/family room you come into the fully equipped Kitchen which is filled out exactly the same as Villa Charlotte with a superb upgraded Fridge/Freezer and excellent cooker, microwave and dishwasher.
Adjacent to
the Kitchen is a breakfast area with table and chairs neatly situated in a
splayed boy overlooking the pool and patio.
From the breakfast area is a snug family room with cosy seats to enjoy the cable TV, DVD and CD player.
Leading from the Family room you have the double bedroom and bathroom as previously mentioned with a door leading to the double garage which includes an upgraded washing machine and tumble dryer.
Back in the
Family room there is a patio door which leads to the impressive upgraded pool
and touch control spa with a recently extended patio area giving lots more space
to enjoy the South facing aspect of this pool and patio area.
From the pool area you have a large subtropical garden similar to Villa Charlotte with Palm and Orange trees ideal for children to play numerous games
